What is the difference between a Macro Coaching (Flexibility) vs Nutrition Coaching?

Macro coaching consists of a certain amount of Carbs, Proteins, and Fats that you will aim to hit on a daily basis.  This is a similar alternative to calorie counting but the difference is we will work on fueling your body with the proper macronutrients to keep your energy level stable and get the desired results (fat loss/muscle gain/weight maintenance).  This is a good option for someone who has a very specific goal but wants to use this as a learning tool for long-term health.  Macros will be adjusted accordingly on a week by week basis.  This is not a quick fix diet!

Nutrition Coaching is an educational process to help get you out of the “diet mentality” and have a long-lasting healthy relationship with food.  You can still work towards goals of losing fat, gaining muscle and maintenance without counting food but it is a longer process to learn what your body needs on an “intuitive” basis.    It may take longer to get to your goals and it can bring us some current food fears and emotions that you never realized were there.  If you are ready to break through those barriers and learn what your body needs without your Food Tracker App, then Nutrition Coaching is perfect for you!

What kind of results can I expect?

There are no guarantees on your results as they will vary on the faithfulness to your program.  In some instances, there may be an internal health issue that is putting a hold on your progress such as stress or hormonal imbalances.  It may be suggested to get blood work done to ensure that your body is working as it should.  If you are healthy on the inside than results will come with consistency and effort!

What happens after I pay for my program?

After paying for your program, you will receive a welcome email with a Nutrition/Fitness Intake questionnaire and waiver.  After I receive the questionnaire and waiver, the Skype Consultation will be scheduled to review the documents and address questions and concerns.   You will receive your program within 24 hours of the consultation and week 1 will begin!  If you do not receive the questionnaire and waiver in a full business day after payment, please contact me at ks.beautyinthebuff@gmail.com.

Do I need to have a gym membership for the Fitness plan?

Yes, most of the exercises will have to be executed at a gym.   Modifications can be made if your gym does not have the equipment needed.   Please contact me with questions on your fitness programs.

What is your refund policy?
